What is Acu-Polarity?

Acu-Polarity combines Acupuncture and Polarity Therapy, and Herbal Medicinals. These teach that to be healthy, relaxed and comfortable the flow of energy (chi or qi) must be free of stagnation or blockage.  Treatments can treat bodily disharmonies by energy balancing techniques of finger pressure, stretching, heat, cupping, herbs and pins.  Acu-Polarity treatments use skill and gentle techniques that have no serious side effects. Balancing the life energy currents is accomplished though the following basic principles:

Manipulation - Acupuncture and Polarity balancing sessions promote energy flow and better physiological functioning of organ systems, thus helping over come disease and enhancing relaxation, vigor and beauty.
Exercise - Gentle and slow-moving stretching, common to yoga and tai chi, is suggested for breaking up blocks in the energy field.
Nutrition
- Practice a diet including whole grains, cooked and raw vegetables, beans, fruits and nuts, some dairy products, spices and herbs. Try to avoid drugs, surgery, alcohol, tobacco, things in cans, overly processed and packaged foods. In good health, tonic herbs can supplement energy and improve physiological functioning of organ systems.

Facial Rejuvenation via TCM

Used in history by emperors and the wealthy; minimizes fine lines and wrinkles, lifts the face and chin, plums the cheeks, reduces the depth of deeper lines resulting in a brighter and smoother face.
Most wrinkles are caused by loss of muscle tone, loss of energy and balance. Treatment increases the energy and tonifies or sedates the proper lines of
wrinkles. Suggested course of treatment is between 10 to 25 times, thereafter every month or two as maintenance. There are 57 muscles in the face, all connected to each other. Acupuncture can re-tighten the face by increasing the blood flow to skin and muscles; as a result the face lifts itself. The wrinkles will stay, but they are not deep, and the whole face has more vitality. Reported best results are 1-3 times a week for 2 to 3 months, then maintenance every month or two.
